Warranty terms:
1. "7 days" regulation of "three guarantees" for product quality. If the product has performance failure within 7 days from the date of sale, consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair;
2. According to the "15 days" regulation of the "three guarantees" for product quality, consumers can choose to replace or repair the product in case of performance failure within 15 days from the date of sale;
3. The "three guarantees period" of product quality:
(1) The term of validity of "three guarantees for product quality" shall be calculated from the date of issuing the invoice. In the first batch of 18 products released by the state to implement the "three guarantees of product quality", such as color TV sets and watches, the "three guarantees of product quality" period of validity is half a year to one year for the complete machine and one year to three years for the main parts;
(2) For products that have been repaired twice within the validity period of the "three guarantees of product quality" and still cannot be used normally, consumers can exchange products of the same model and specification or return them according to relevant regulations based on the repair records and certificates. The validity period of the "three guarantees of product quality" shall deduct the time for repair and no spare parts to be repaired. The validity period of "three guarantees" after the exchange is recalculated from the date of exchange;
4. The "90 days" and "30 days" provisions of "three guarantees" for product quality:
(1) Within the period of validity of the "three guarantees for product quality", if the manufacturer fails to supply parts and components and fails to repair them within 90 days from the date of delivery for repair, the repairer shall indicate in the repair status, and the seller shall exchange the same model and specification products for the consumer free of charge with this certificate;
(2) If the repair is carried out for more than 30 days due to the repairer's own reason, the repairer shall replace the products of the same model and specification for the consumer free of charge, and the cost shall be borne by the repairer.
5. "30 days" and "5 years" of product quality warranty. The repairer shall ensure that the repaired product can be used normally for more than 30 days, and the manufacturer shall ensure to continue to provide the parts and components meeting the technical requirements within 5 years after the product is stopped;
6. Product quality within three guarantees. The three-guarantee provisions for new product quality have been implemented since August 25, 1995. Consumers who purchase products listed in the three-guarantee catalogue of product quality after that date have the right to require sellers, repairers and producers to assume the three-guarantee responsibilities for product quality. The products purchased before August 25, 1995 can only continue to be implemented in accordance with the "Three Guarantees Provisions for Some Domestic Household Appliances" issued in 1986.
